Airavata counts with the participation of several women that work in the embroidery process, some of them, are inmates of El Pedregal prison located in Medellin, Colombia. These women are in charge of meticulous embroidery of swimwear pieces. As such, when they recover their freedom, they already know how to work in an ethic way, and they have a job guaranteed with Airavata Swimwear. Each inmate seeks a fair job and a second chance.
